The guidelines adopted by Solutions Sober Living are from a collective collaboration of experience of men who have lived in a 1/2 half way house, 3/4 three quarter way house, oxford house, and various other transitional living.
Living with each other, learning to work a program of recovery and incorporate that into their every day lives, members will help each other learn how to function drug and alcohol free in a safe and sober living environment while preparing for success in long term sobriety.
Solutions Sober Living focuses on a recovery atmosphere living environment to assist in trasitioning men from treatment into freedom from the bondage of addiction, gaining a new sense of purpose and learning to be productive members of society, their families and their communities.
Simplicity; members go to work, pay their bills, have a sponsor, work the 12 steps, go to 12 step meetings, attend the mandatory weekly house meeting and support each other in a sober living environment.
Solutions Sober Living is a very simple, no nonsense, zero tolerance house, designed by recovered alcoholics and addicts who have maintained long term sobriety for alcoholics and addicts to do the same.
Solutions Sober Living has ZERO tolerance for alcohol and drug use. NO controlled substances, by prescription or otherwise. Therefore, any member who relapses must immediately vacate the house.
